Economic Partnership Agreements: Accompanying Measures Are Needed

| Because the agreements of Cotonou do not reply anymore to the economical and lawful context, the estalishment of an economical new partnership between the European Union and the countries ACP seems essential. This working paper aims to light up the impacts of the agreements of economical partnership. These agreements can reveal themselves a timeliness for the African countries; they would use motor to the regional integration and would contribute to improve their economical and financial environment. Nevertheless, politics of accompaniments must be set up, and significant financial assistances should be granted. <Download> |  |
